Construction of the roundabout at Bailey Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway has closed that stretch of the road and temporarily blocked the entrance to the County Environmental Center on Cottage Grove Drive.
Washington County Public Works Department staff suggest the following detour so residents can still reach the Environmental Center. Visitors should follow the detour signs to access the facility from Dale Road off Woodbury Drive, head east and then turn north on Cottage Grove Drive to the Environmental Center entrance, as shown on the map.
