With progress being made, a water main connection is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, at the intersection of Bailey Road and Woodbury Drive; water will need to be shut down during the hook-up.
Homes in the following neighborhoods may lose water service or experience reduced water pressure from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Glen View Farms, Highcroft, Aster Landing, Canvas/Cadia, Briarcroft, Air Lake, Sienna Grove, Way Pointe, Hartung Farm and East Pointe.
Affected homes will receive a hand-delivered notice on their front door with more specific guidance.
St. John’s Drive north of Valley Creek Road will close Monday, May 4, for about four days in order to run a watermain pipe across the intersection.
And some encouraging news: Dancing Waters Parkway reopened north of Valley Creek Road.
