For many folks in Minnesota and Wisconsin, the Friday’s during Lent (this year, Lent is from Feb. 18 to April 2) are the perfect time for a Fish Fry. Those plates of batter-fried fish, cole slaw and fries can be found in and near Woodbury in church basements, restaurants and fast food places.
This list may have missed a few tartar sauce-laden options, but it offers a lot of choices.
