Woodbury is once again surveying its citizens to ask how things are going. A private company conducts the polling every two years.
The survey reaches out in two ways: through both a targeted mailing and an open online portal. 5,000 city residents received requests to share their views. Those who did not receive a survey request can share their assessment of life in the city at this link until Feb. 18.
Only 22% of mail recipients completed the survey when it was conducted in 2024. An additional 519 residents shared in the online survey. Around 1,000 voices – in a city of over 80,000 – were heard.
This year’s survey questions focus on quality of life issues as well as experiences with city services.
City leaders regularly refer to the survey findings and use them to impact policy and operations.
