An iconic design brand has opened its first dedicated showroom in Minnesota. Herman Miller’s 2,243-square-foot store debuted in Woodbury on May 15.
“Woodbury Lakes continues to reinforce its status as a premier lifestyle destination for the region,” Ali Runkel, director of real estate at Kimco Realty, stated in a news release. “Bringing Herman Miller’s first Minnesota showroom to the center is an exciting milestone and a reflection of the strong leasing momentum we’re building here.”
Herman Miller is located near the east entrance to Woodbury Lakes Town Center and is known for its ergonomic seating, work solutions and home furnishings.
Other stores coming later this year to the upscale, open-air shopping center include:
- Anthropologie, with a 6,552-square-foot space, is a lifestyle retailer offering clothing, accessories, beauty products and home décor.
- Shake Shack, with a 3,020-square-foot space, is an American “fast-casual” restaurant chain famous for its premium Angus beef burgers, crinkle-cut fries and namesake milkshakes.
- Rowan, with a 1,100-square-foot space, is a shop offering ear piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
“We’re continuing to see interest from top national brands and look forward to welcoming more dynamic additions soon,” Runkel said.
In 2024, Kimco Realty acquired Woodbury Lakes from RPT. Since then, Woodbury Lakes has added J Crew Factory, MINSO, Paris Baguette, Public Lands, and Warby Parker.
