Construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Bailey Road and Settlers Ridge Parkway/Cottage Grove Drive begins Monday, May 11. Traffic will be detoured via County Highway 19 (Woodbury Drive) to County Highway 22 (70th Street) to TH 95 (Manning Avenue).
This stage of construction is expected to last until mid-to-late July.
Also beginning May 11, Bridgewater Parkway north of Valley Creek Road will close for approximately three days to install a watermain pipe across the intersection.
Weather has been favorable for construction, with St. John’s Drive north of Valley Creek Road already reopened and Bailey Road from Radio Drive to Salem Drive scheduled to reopen to traffic Friday, May 15.
