Summer memories are built on expeditions for ice cream. While Woodbury offers lots of treats, as we outlined in part one of this series, other Minnesota towns in the East Metro offer twists, sundaes, and popsicles not found in our hometown. Wonders Rolled Ice Cream | St Paul and Maplewood | Watch your ice cream being made. The liquid base is frozen on a cold surface, mix-ins (from Oreos to lychee) are added, and then your treat is scraped into beautiful spirals.
