Bogdan Vizoli
WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – Woodbury High School Graduate Bogdan Vizoli was named the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) Men’s Tennis Athlete of the Week.
Vizoli is a Junior at St. Olaf College majoring in Nursing.
He was named a Tennis Athlete of the Week for March 10, 2025. Vizoli went 2-0 at No. 1 singles and 2-0 at No. 1 doubles to lead the Oles to conference victories against Hamline and Saint John’s.
Vizoli and his doubles partner Lou Smith dropped just five games in their back-to-back victories.
At Woodbury High School he played four years of tennis and three years of soccer and graduated with High Honors.
His parents are Petru and Luiza. He has one sibling, Codruta.
