First the sweet news:
- Pipeline construction and its associated road and trail closures have been completed for the 2025 construction season.
- Westbound Tamarack Road from Radio Drive to Bielenberg Drive has been open as a single lane – just wide enough for a witch on her broomstick. Halloween brings the construction equivalent of a full-size candy bar in your bucket – all the lanes on Tamarack will re-open on Friday the 31st.
- Dale Road from Chestnut Drive to Copper Ridge Drive is open to traffic and is no longer as deserted as a cemetery at midnight.
- Central Park Place east of Radio Drive is open making it easier for the little boys and ghouls haunting Lookout Ridge.
- Pioneer Drive from Juniper Lane to Bailey Road will open on October 31st just in time to welcome the Great Pumpkin.
Then the scary news:
- Construction at the Water Treatment Plant will continue through the winter. Their chilly work will be cheered on by Elsa and Olaf. Frozen workers from the Kingdom of Arendelle will occasionally need to detour traffic near the construction site during the winter months.
- The curse of pipeline construction will return in the spring and again in 2027.
