Sweet corn and fresh tomatoes are the rewards Minnesotans earn for surviving February. While some of us can eat from our gardens, and Woodbury certainly doesn’t lack for grocery stores with produce departments, summer demands vegetables from farmers’ markets and farmstands,
Most of the vegetable farmers in Woodbury have retired but there are still plenty of options for zucchini and kohlrabi nearby.
