Woodbury Days, city’s biggest celebration, will feature a Talent Showcase on Saturday August 23. Organizers are recruiting amateur performers from Woodbury and surrounding communities. The goal of the Woodbury Days Council is to reflect the many talents and cultures that make up our community.
The organization plans to include performances featuring a wide range of styles, groups sizes, types, and genres of music and performing arts. The Ojibway Park bandshell will welcome vocal and instrumental music, individuals, small and larger groups, and spoken word or dance performances.
Entries to the Talent Showcase can be submitted at this link and are due by Friday August 1. Entrants will be contacted by a committee member. Entrants and alternates will be chosen and notified by Friday August 8 with a time slot for their performance.
