WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – If you need an incentive to get spring cleaning done, the Woodbury Lions Garage Sale is as good as it gets. The sale runs May 8, 9, and 10. With over 500 locations, the event draws thousands of garage sale shoppers from across the region who are looking to find the best bargains and your treasures. For local residents, it’s an opportunity to make a little or a lot of cash from items no longer needed.
Registration ends Sunday, April 27 at midnight. The cost is $40. Officially registered sale sites will be listed online with map locations. Printed directories with site locations can be purchased at local service stations for $5 starting May 5.
This is the 48th year of the annual sale. Proceeds from registrations and sponsors support key pillar philanthropies of the Woodbury Lions Club. These include childhood cancer, diabetes, vision care, hunger relief and the environment.
