WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – As previously reported by Woodbury News Network, a Woodbury woman died after she was hit by a garbage truck on December 10, 2024. It happened at 6:15 a.m. near the intersection of Autumn Drive and Autumn Bay.
The victim’s name still has not been released by authorities.
The death is considered to be an open case as the Minnesota State Patrol is finalizing its “crash reconstruction report.”
Minnesota State Patrol sources tell Woodbury News Network the report will likely be completed by the end of March.
Until that report is complete, the Woodbury Police Department investigation cannot move forward with any recommendation for charges.
