WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – The Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) has announced its Players of the Month for February.
The Forward of the Month was University of St. Thomas Senior Lucas Wahlin. The Business Management major is from Woodbury and attended Hill-Murray School.
Wahlin led the CCHA skaters in goals (5), points per game (1.50) and game-winning goals (2) during February.
He helped power St. Thomas to a 4-2-0 record during the month.
In February Wahlin won 73 face-offs, ranking second in the league.
The CCHA includes St. Thomas, Minnesota State, Bemidji State, Michigan Tech, Bowling Green, Northern Michigan, Ferris State, and Lake Superior State.
