WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – Woodbury High School is slated to undergo construction starting during the summer of 2025.

Sal Bagley and Paul Apilkowski from WOLD Architects and Engineers presented plans for the school upgrades to the South Washington County School Board at the February 6 meeting.
The Woodbury High School’s voter-approved projects include:
- Creation of a secure entry and consolidated Administration and Student Services offices.
- Construction of a new cafeteria and kitchen addition to serve future student population growth.
- Renovation of the Media Center, creating a large group gathering space, conference rooms, and additional storage.
- Reconfigured drive lanes and parking lot to enhance traffic flow and safety for pickup and drop-off.
- Renovation of existing spaces and construction of a new Career and Technical Education area.
- Spaces for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) and art.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2027.
