
WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says a 17-year-old from Woodbury was killed in a Friday afternoon vehicle crash.
KSTP is reporting deputies were sent to Stagecoach Trail North and 10th Street North in West Lakeland Township for a report of a two-vehicle accident just after 4 p.m.
Despite lifesaving measures, 17-year-old Elizabeth “Libby” Radecki, of Woodbury, died at the scene according to Bring Me The News.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation, but the Washington County Sheriff’s Office says that Friday’s snow “appeared to be a factor.”

Camp Daniel in Northeast Wisconsin posted on Facebook about Libby, “She had a big, bright, loving personality. With a servant’s heart and a positive attitude, she embraced every task, whether scrubbing toilets or caring for her camper.” She was a counselor at the camp that focuses on providing people with disabilities opportunities for personal, social and spiritual growth.
