WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – The hit Netflix reality-dating show “Love Is Blind” gave a shout out about the Woodbury Costco.
Contestant Yemi Ajagbe was quoted by another contestant saying we have a “beautiful Costco” in Woodbury.
Yemi is product sales manager and dancer for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Season 8 of the show features 32 contestants from the Twin Cities Metro Area.
The show quickly rose to its top ranking in Netflix just hours after its February 14th debut.

The concept of the show is that men and women hoping to find love “date” each other in small rooms called “pods”. The contestants are isolated from each other in their own pod, they only communicate over a speaker, and they can’t see each other. The daters may extend a marriage proposal whenever they feel ready – a couple only meets face-to-face only after the proposal is accepted.
It has previously been set in locations including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, Houston, Charlotte, and Washington, D.C.
The first six episodes of the season were released on February 14, 2025 the next groups of episodes are set to be released over the next three Thursdays.
