(WNN) BECKER COUNTY – The trial for Minnesota Senator Nicole Mitchell (DFL – Woodbury) has been moved back a few weeks.
It was slated to begin in May, but the trial dates list on-line have been moved to mid-June.
The new dates have a Settlement Conference slated to be on the afternoon of Monday, June 9, 2025.
If a settlement can not be arrived at, the trial would begin the following Monday.
The court has logged the trial to run Monday through Friday all week the week of June 16.
