Military Road, also known as County Highway 20, will be closed tomorrow, Dec. 27, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. just south of Woodbury in Newport. Utility work by a private company is causing the closure between the intersections of Bailey Road (County Highway 18) and Century Avenue. Expect heavier traffic on Bailey Road and Woodlane Drive during the work period.
