Hard-working crews are making progress and have begun re-opening some roads and trails.
All eastbound lanes on Tamarack Road are now open, as are the trails from the west and south side of the City Hall campus leading to Afton Road.
Interlachen Parkway and the trails north of Valley Creek Road were scheduled to re-open Wednesday evening, Sept. 17.
Friday, Sept. 19, will see one westbound lane re-open on Valley Creek Road between Interlachen Parkway and Radio Drive. The closure on westbound Valley Creek Road from west of Radio Drive to Tower Drive remains in place.
