Fireworks light up the sky over Woodbury last year during Woodbury Days.
WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – A night of family fun at M Health Fairview Sports Center complex in Woodbury will be capped off by fireworks at 10 p.m. on Friday, July 4.
The hometown celebration begins at 5:30 p.m. with music by local duo Jesse Totushek and Faydra Lagro. They will be followed by headliner Bluewater Kings Band. At 6 p.m., bounce houses will open and food trucks will provide a number of culinary options.
People are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets. Parking is available at the parking lot for the sports center and East Ridge High School. No parking will be allowed along Bailey Road and Radio Drive. For the latest construction near the sports center, check this map.

Last year’s fireworks were postponed to Woodbury Days in August due to the threat of severe weather. The city says thunderstorms, high winds, or lightning may cause a similar delay or postponement for safety reasons.
