Thanh Truc is owned by Sukhwinder Pal is the owner of Thanh Truc – Green Bamboo. “It was a business decision,” he said of buying the restaurant two years ago. “I have retained the chef, the kitchen staff is the same as before, so is the menu. I have been in the restaurant industry for 20 years. I worked in the kitchen in India Palace in Woodbury, before buying this restaurant. At Thanh Truc too I work in the kitchen.”
