Logan Hensler
MADISON, WI & WOODBURY, MN (WNN) – Wisconsin defenseman Logan Hensler was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team.
The Woodbury native attended Hill-Murray School as a freshman and made it to the State Tournament. He’s the fifth-youngest player in college hockey this year.
Hensler was one of two players chosen by unanimous selection to the six-player team.
Hensler had a fantastic rookie year on the blue line, tallying two goals and 10 assists in 32 games played.
He ranked second among freshmen on the Badger roster and tied for second among all Badger defensemen.
It’s not surprising that Hensler is a top prospect for the NHL draft.
Hensler’s parents are Alicia and Joe Hensler.
