Winners of Woodbury’s first Halloween House Decorating Contest were announced on Sunday with nine houses receiving recognition. Pam Muijen, who organized the contest, thanked everyone who participated. “We couldn’t have done it without you,” she noted. According to Muijen, every home received at least one vote for People’s Choice.
